For growers
Sell what you grow to people nearby.
List today's harvest in minutes. Neighbors find it on the PlantHarvester Market, pay online, and pick up from you, or you deliver. Free to list; a small share only when you sell.
1. Set up your farm
Name your farm, add a pickup spot and the times you are there, and connect payouts through Stripe. You get a public storefront page to share.
2. List what you picked
Say what it is, how much you have, the price, and when it's good until. Past its sell-by date, a listing comes down on its own.
3. Get paid, hand it over
Neighbors pay online when they order and pick up at a time you set. Offer delivery if you like, for a fee you choose. Stripe pays out to your bank.
Questions growers ask
- Who can sell?
- Anyone growing food to sell: small farms, market gardens, homesteads, greenhouse and backyard growers.
- What does it cost?
- Listing is free and there is no monthly fee. PlantHarvester keeps 10% of each sale, taken only when you sell, and pays the card fees out of it: you keep 90%.
- How do I get paid?
- Buyers pay online at checkout. Stripe verifies your identity once; PlantHarvester never holds your bank details. Your first payout goes to your bank on the first Friday after you sell, and after that every Friday once you have $100 to collect. Less than that carries over, never for more than 180 days, or you can have it early for $4.00.
- How do buyers get their order?
- They pick it up from your location, at one of the pickup times you set. You can also offer delivery: you choose how far you drive, your fee and your delivery times, and you bring the order yourself.
- Can my family or crew help?
- Yes. Add teammates to your farm as admins, who can run listings and orders, or as members, who can view.
