Questions buyers ask
- Who grows it?
- Small farms, market gardens, homesteads and backyard growers near you. Every listing names the farm, and every farm has its own page.
- What does it cost?
- The prices the farms set, plus the farm's delivery fee if you choose delivery. There is nothing to pay to join or to buy.
- How fresh is it?
- Each listing says when it was picked and how long it keeps. Once it is past its sell-by date, it comes off the Market.
- What if something is wrong with my order?
- Ask for a refund from the order on My Orders and say what went wrong. The farm answers, and PlantHarvester can step in for 48 hours after pickup or delivery. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
- Can I buy now?
- The Market is in an early, invite-only beta while our first farms get started, and everyone is welcome to browse. Sign up today and we will email you as soon as your account can order.
