Nancy Hall is an heirloom sweet potato that traces back to the 1800s. It was celebrated at the Nancy Hall Jubilee in Paris, Tennessee, in 1939, and in 2010 it was added to the Slow Food Ark of Taste after being nominated by Yanna Fishman, a champion of local sweet potatoes.
